Legs no worky!

Did my usual post marathon recovery run on Monday so thought I’d be about right for rest of week.  Sadly mistaken and I struggled with the pyramid speed sessions on Tuesday evening.    Wednesday 5am run was not pretty.  Usual 9 mile loop that I normally average sub8, and gradually aiming for sub 7:30 was very hard work and I struggled to average 8:30.  

Think the below is very apt this week!
